On Tuesday we had two lessons, the first lesson we had we rehearsed and then we done it in front of the other group, when we did that i thought i did quite well and i remembered all my lines and remembered where i had to be stood, after we had done it in front of the group our teacher told us what some of us needed to improve on and i was told that i need to make sure that when i have no dialogue and I'm just stood there i need to still stay in character and make sure i don't just go back to being me, many of us also had this target. I thought that the other group did very well as well and they all managed to remember most of their lines and i think they some of them were really suited to their character.

The second lesson we had that day was our performance which we had to perform to a group of year 9's the first group that performed had all there people and i think that they did quite well because its quite hard performing in front of people. unfortunately two of the people from our group were not in so it was therefore very hard to perform but Ms Williams stepped in and played both of the parts so that the three of us that were remaining could try to perform to their best. i think that i performed quite well remembering things like my lines and where i was stood, however on one of my lines i got a bit confused but i corrected myself and just continued on which i think was quite a good thing to do, also i tried my best to stay in character, but i know that sometimes when i had no dialogue i did sort of drift away from my character. Ms Williams said that we had to do ours again because of the people that were away but the other group had the opportunity as well.
Overall i think the performance went quite well, but i am happy that i have the chance to perform it again and improve , which is good because i know what i need to do to improve. :)

Today we had just one lesson , in that lesson we rehearsed wearing our costumes, but in our group some people were not wearing there costumes which i think made it harder for some people to get into character. Today i tried to make sure that i knew all my lines and that i was standing in the right place, i done this by reading through the script briefly before we started rehearsing, i think that this worked quite well because i knew all of my lines and i knew where to stand and where to be going most of the time, however near the beginning i hesitated on where i should have been stood and where i was supposed to be going. also today just before we started rehearsing in our groups we brainstormed on a piece of paper any props or costumes we needed for some people in our final performance.

Things i thought i did well:
-I knew my lines.
-Most of the time i knew where i had to be standing.
-I contributed well when we were doing the brainstorm.

Things i need to improve:
-Try not to hesitate where i am standing and where i am moving.
-Concentrate more on my posture in certain parts.

Overall i think that today was quite successful because i think i have improved from last lesson when it comes to where i am standing and also i know all of my lines so i am less worried about the final performance.

Today we done a dress rehearsal of our play, and i wore my completed costume , which i think is quite good because it makes me look quite butler like! Also I did well on remembering my lines, however they're were one or to times when i had to look at the script to remind me of when i was about to speak. On some parts i forgot where i was standing because i move around quite a a lot but towards the end of the lesson , i got to grips with where i should be stood. Overall i think that i did quite well today because even when i was off stage i was giving other people prompts if they forgot what they were saying, so that the play will go more smoothly :)
